This is bizarre writing a post for myself, but I guess if I'm going to make everyone else do it too, I'd better jump on the bandwagon!

1. How old are you? 30 - Boo yeah!

2. What makes you happy? Being productive, making others happy.

3. What is your biggest pet-peeve? When I am late, dried toothpaste in the sink...just a couple.

4. What is your favorite thing to eat? Pasta!

5. What is your favorite thing to do? Read and exercise (yep, I realize the two activities could be considered diametrically opposed).

6. What do you do to relax? I really like to read or write. Also, hot baths are really helpful.

7. What is your favorite color? Purple

8. What is your favorite TV show? Any cooking shows. The Great British Baking Show was a recent favorite.


9. What is your favorite story in the scriptures? Probably the story of the people of Anti-Nephi-Lehi.

10. What is your favorite movie? Sense and Sensibility. Singing in the Rain.

11. What do you do for your job? I am the co-chief executive officer of the Joe Ellis household.

12. What is your calling in the church right now? I am the CTR 5 primary teacher.

13. Who is your best friend? My Joe.

14. What do you and your family/spouse do together? Talk, read, cook, watch movies, work in the garden, exercise...um pretty much everything.

15. What is your favorite book? I don't really know if I can pick a favorite besides the scriptures, but right now I am reading To My Friends by Elder Holland, Real Moms by Lisa Valentine Clark, and the Norton Anthology of American Literature (I'm still in literature predating the 1700s though!)

16. What is your favorite thing to do inside? Snuggle with my hubby and watch a movie.

17. What is your favorite thing to do inside? Go camping, hiking, or skiing.

18. What is something you have learned this year? I was reminded that no failure "ever need be final."


19. What is a favorite memory of yours? Playing ultimate Frisbee on Saturday mornings in New Jersey. I still just miss playing every week like crazy!

20. What is one of your goals right now? I want to keep a daily grateful journal and not miss one week for Family Home Evening this year.

1. How old are you? 24
 

2. What makes you happy?

I don’t really know ha. I like laughing and joking around I guess. McKay would say that food makes me happy haha and that is pretty true.
 

3. What is your biggest pet-peeve? I actually have a lot of pet peeves... When people drag their feet when the walk and when people act different around others are probably my top 2. 

 

4. What is your favorite thing to eat? Um... I just like to eat haha my top favorites and Mexican, Italian, and just candy/ice cream in general.

 

5. What is your favorite thing to do? Anything really. I like doing things outside and sports and shopping but most of the time if someone asks me to go do something I'll do it.

 

6. What do you do to relax? Go to Maui.... haha I don’t know probably watch a movie or take a nap.

8. What is your favorite TV show? I don’t really know haha I watch a couple of TV shows but I wouldn’t say any of them are my favorite.

 

9. What is your favorite story in the scriptures? Noah’s ark

 

10. What is your favorite movie? I like a lot of movies but my favorite movie series is the batman movies.

 

11. What do you do for your job? I am a college mentor for seniors in High School and help them with college applications and scholarships.

 

12. What is your calling in church right now? Teaching the 11-12 year olds in Primary

 

13. Who is your best friend? McKay obviously :)

 

14. What do you and your family/spouse do together? My family likes to have family get-togethers a lot. Like every holiday we have a family party like on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and the 4th of July, etc. We do a lot of water things and BBQ's in the summer and playing in the snow and going sledding in the winter. We pretty much just do everything together. Me and McKay pretty much do anything and everything together ha. We go skiing, mountain biking, we want to do more camping, we used to play more sports like basketball, volleyball, and racquetball together when we were in school.

 

15. What is your favorite book? I haven't read a good book in a long time! My all-time favorite series is Harry Potter though.

 

16. What is your favorite thing to do inside? Does racquetball count? Other than that probably just watch a movie. 

17. What is your favorite thing to do outside? I just generally like to be outside. I like going on walks, road trips, going different places, seeing different nature spots, skiing, mountain biking, pretty much just being outside. 

18.What is something you have learned this year? I honestly don’t know what to say for this one... I guess I learned that I don’t want to work for the State/Government again haha.

 

19. What is a favorite memory of yours? One of my favorite things we did almost every summer as a family is go to lagoon for a day or two and that was always super fun.

20. What is one of your goals right now? I am trying to learn how to become really good at sewing but I have been saying that for years haha.
